Our Shipping Policy
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We offer FREE Ground Shipping within the continental US on items over $500.
However, some products are ineligible for free shipping due to their irregular size or weight. We will contact you and let you know if the product you have ordered does not qualify for free shipping and may require the shipping method to be upgraded in order to fulfill the order.
We can upgrade shipping if needed, at full cost to you. Orders must be received prior to 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for next business day shipping. However, there are situations when the order will not qualify for expedited shipping even if received before the deadline. For those situations, a staff member will contact you.
Most orders ship between 24 and 72 hours after payment is received.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays are processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped with a direct signature required.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or UPS Stores
We are not responsible for weather related delays on shipping times
We ONLY ship using our shipping account. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Please do not ask to use your account or service
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We will accept international orders with payments made by a wire transfer prior to shipping. We will not accept credit cards on international orders and there is no free shipping.
All customers looking to ship outside of the United States need to arrange FOB from our location, and are responsible for determining and paying their own customs, brokerage and any other shipping costs and charges. We will not refund these shipping costs under any circumstances.
