Our Return Policy
IT Bargain Center (ITBC) will gladly take back returns for replacement or credit.
Please contact your sales representative, or our Returns Department, regarding any problems and to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

IMPORTANT FEES & RESTRICTIONS – Please Review Prior To Purchasing
- Damaged packages must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
- New items with broken or missing manufacturer seals may not be eligible for return.
- Software, licenses (including SmartNet), and digital goods are NON-RETURNABLE. All sales are final.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
The following product categories are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Software licenses
- Cisco SmartNet service contracts
- All other manufacturer service contracts and subscriptions

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Important: If your shipment arrives with a damaged box or packaging, you must report the damage to Orders@ITBargainCenter.com within 2 business days of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this window releases ITBC from responsibility for damage claims. We strongly recommend you take pictures of any damage to the outer packaging before opening the shipment.
DEFECTIVE & DOA ITEMS
Defective or Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. Defective items will be replaced with the same model only. Replacement units will ship after the defective item is received and inspected at our warehouse. We do not offer advance replacements.
HARDWARE: GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
ITBC accepts returns on eligible hardware for replacement or store credit. To initiate a return, contact your sales representative or email us at Orders@ITBargainCenter.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
WARRANTY & COVERAGE
All eligible products purchased from ITBC are covered under our Warranty Equipment Guaranty.

HOW TO REQUEST AN RMA
To submit an RMA request, please contact your sales representative or email us at Orders@ITBargainCenter.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product serial number
- Reason for return
- Requested resolution (replacement or credit)
- Whether the original manufacturer's seal is intact (this does not apply to Refurbished equipment)
RMA numbers are issued within 1–2 business days. Your RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns received after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
RETURN PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
All returned items must include the following:
- All items must be double-boxed (the product in its original packaging placed inside a second outer box).
- Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the manufacturer's box).
- Include all original contents: packing material, accessories, mounting kits, and manuals sent with your order.
- Have no writing, marks, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's box.
If any items are missing from the return, the RMA will be voided and the return refused.
UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS
We accept returns of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items within 15 calendar days of the original ship date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the condition it was received:
- New items must be in their original factory-sealed manufacturer's packaging.
- Refurbished items must include all accessories and components originally provided.
REFUSED ORDERS
Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received and confirmed as eligible. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method / payee.
