Our Return Policy
IT Bargain Center will gladly take back returns for replacement or credit.

Unless otherwise specified, all products have a 90 day warranty from the receipt date of the product. All switches and routers have a 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to replace or repair a unit.
All software, SmartNet and licenses are non returnable or refundable. All sales for these items are final.
To submit an RMA request, we require the following information:
- Order number
- Serial number
- Reason for return & Action to take
- Whether the box has been opened or still has the manufacturer's seal in tack
We will issue an RMA number within 1 to 2 business days.
No returns will be honored without an RMA number.
RMA returns are valid for 10 Days from the date of issue.
All returns must have....
- A return material authorization number (RMA#) or a credit will not be issued
- No writing or marks should be on the original manufacturer’s box, including any shipping labels.
- The original packing material in the original box with the correct serial number, part number, mounting kits and manuals.
We will also accept back unwanted or incorrectly ordered inventory within 15 calendar days of the original ship date for a 25% restocking fee.
New items must be in the original manufacturers box with the original manufacturers seal still in tack. If the seal is broken the RMA is VOID.
Defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) items will be accepted back within 30 calendar days from the original ship date. Defective and DOA items will be replaced with the same model only.
If you receive a damaged package/box, you must report it within 2 business day. If you fail to report within this time, IT Bargain Center will not be responsible for the damage claims.
Returns should be double boxed to protect the original box. If any item is missing the RMA is null and void.
Replacements will only be shipped out once the defective item has been received in our warehouse.
Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed an acceptance of the product.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the item being confirmed defective and issued back to the original purchaser.
Any order refused will be billed a 25% restocking fee.
