At IT Bargain Center, we stand behind every product we sell. Our guaranty reflects our commitment that the hardware you purchase will perform as expected — and that we will make it right if it does not.

ITBC is an independent reseller of new and refurbished networking hardware. Because we operate as an independent reseller and not as an authorized dealer or official partner of any manufacturer, original manufacturer warranties may not apply to products purchased through us. Where a manufacturer’s warranty is transferable and applicable, we will assist customers in understanding the process, but ITBC cannot guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage on independently resold products.

Guaranty Periods By Product Category

The following guaranty periods apply from the date of receipt, unless a different period is explicitly stated on the individual product listing. If a product listing specifies a different guaranty period, that listing-level term takes precedence.

What The Guaranty Covers

The ITBC guaranty covers hardware defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, and failures not caused by physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature.

What The Guaranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage occurring after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products with tampered, removed, or altered serial numbers
  • Software, firmware, or licensing issues of any kind

ITBC reserves the right to inspect returned units and deny coverage where examination indicates damage or conditions inconsistent with a manufacturing defect.

Final Sale Items — No Guaranty or Return Eligibility

The following product categories carry no repair, replacement, or return eligibility. All sales of these items are final. Please verify all requirements before purchasing. Contact us at orders@itbargaincenter.com if you have questions prior to ordering.

  • Software licenses — Final sale. No returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances.
  • Subscriptions and service contracts — Final sale. Contract terms are governed solely by the issuing manufacturer. ITBC does not extend guaranty or return coverage to service contracts or subscriptions.
  • Products with physical damage upon receipt not reported within 2 business days of delivery — No coverage applies. Inspect all shipments upon delivery and report damage immediately.

Damaged Shipments

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged package or box, you must report it to ITBC within 2 business days of delivery. Email orders@itbargaincenter.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. Failure to report within this window will void any damage claim.

How To Make A Guaranty Claim

If a covered product fails within its guaranty period, contact us and we will resolve it promptly:

  1. Email orders@itbargaincenter.com with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. No claims will be processed without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issue.
  3. Return the item double-boxed with the RMA number clearly written on the outer box. All original items included in the order must be returned — missing components may void the claim.
  4. Once the defective unit is received and inspected at our facility, we will ship a replacement or initiate a repair. We do not offer advance replacements. Resolutions are processed within 10 business days of confirmation.

Guaranty Remedy: At ITBC’s sole discretion, a valid guaranty claim will be resolved by repair of the defective unit, replacement with the same or equivalent product, or issuance of store credit.

Limitation Of Guaranty

This guaranty is the exclusive remedy available to the buyer. ITBC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ITBC’s liability under this guaranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. ITBC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
