IT Bargain Center (ITBC) is an independent retailer specializing in new and refurbished networking equipment. We carry a large inventory of hardware from major manufacturers, including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Poly and others. 

IT Bargain Center is not an authorized reseller, authorized partner, authorized distributor, or agent of any third-party manufacturer whose products appear on this website. There is no legal, business, or agency relationship between ITBC and any manufacturer whose brand names or trademarks appear on this site. Product brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used solely for the purpose of accurate product identification.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep all prices current and accurate, but occasional discrepancies can occur due to sudden distributor price increases or human error.

Full payment is due prior to shipping. Accepted forms of payment include check, bank wire transfer or credit card issued from a United States institution.

PayPal Credit is also available.

PRODUCT CONDITION & DESCRIPTION

Products listed on ITBC are identified as New or Refurbished. Refurbished products may show signs of prior use. All refurbished products are tested prior to sale unless otherwise noted.

“End of Life” means the manufacturer no longer produces this item. Our inventory is limited to existing stock, and we keep listings current — out-of-stock items are removed promptly.

“End of Support” means the manufacturer has stopped issuing firmware or OS updates — not that the device has stopped working. Many networks run perfectly well on stable firmware without manufacturer updates, including static configurations, air-gapped and legacy environments, and managed LAN/WAN setups. If your deployment doesn't rely on ongoing updates, End of Support products offer reliable performance at a great value.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on ITBargainCenter.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of ITBC or used with permission. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.

SHIPPING FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer FREE ground shipping within the continental United States on eligible orders $500 or more.

However, some products are ineligible for free shipping due to their irregular size and/or weight requiring freight services. Products that require freight shipping services are marked as such in the product description on the individual product page.

We can upgrade shipping if needed, at full cost to you. Orders must be received prior to 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for next business day shipping. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, on weekends and/or holidays are processed to ship the next business day.

Most orders ship between 24 and 72 hours after payment is received.

All orders are shipped with a direct signature required.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or UPS Stores

We are not responsible for weather related delays on shipping times

We ONLY ship using our shipping account. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Please do not ask to use your account or service.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ITBC does accept international orders.  Please contact our sales department at 877-302-4822 (or email us at Orders@ITBargainCenter.com) as payment will need to be made by wire transfer prior to shipping. We will not accept credit cards on international orders and there is no free shipping.

All customers looking to ship outside of the United States need to arrange FOB from our location and are responsible for determining and paying their own customs, brokerage and any other shipping costs and charges. We will not refund these shipping costs under any circumstances.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Every eligible product purchased from ITBC is backed by our own Equipment Warranty Guaranty.

Warranty terms vary by product category and some exclusions do apply. For complete details, see our Product Guaranty page

Warranty coverage entitles the buyer to repair or replace a defective unit at ITBC’s discretion. Products purchased from ITBC may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty is provided solely by IT Bargain Center.
